We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for two new Bi-Evolution Dryer® 200-liter models, rotary double-cone vacuum dryers, conducted in the presence of our valued customers.

These state-of-the-art units represent another milestone in Italvacuum's commitment to providing customized drying solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. 

The project showcases our dedication to meeting specific customer requirements through: 

• custom-engineered design: tailored solutions focusing on operational functionality for optimal drying and product conditioning processes 
• enhanced cleanability: advanced Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems designed to meet the client's stringent quality standards 
• certified safety: complete UL Class II Division 2 certification on-board electrical wiring.

The scope of supply includes:

• No. 2 Saurus939 piston vacuum pumps, VVB model 
• SS 304L foundation plinths 
• IBC lifting systems for product unloading
• mobile loading platforms 
• high-containment split valves for loading and unloading operations 
• an advanced control system featuring PLC and HMI for complete production recipe management
