DEUVacuum static dryer with pantograph door: advanced automation for safety and efficiency

Designing a vacuum drying system operating at elevated process temperatures requires solutions that place safety, control and reliability at the forefront. This requirement led to the recent project developed by Italvacuum for a major Swedish pharmaceutical company.
The implemented solution consists of a model E2,2S vacuum static dryer configured with a pantograph door, a technical choice that proves crucial under particularly demanding operating conditions. This system enables controlled and safe door opening and movement, significantly reducing operator exposure to heat and minimizing risks during loading and unloading operations.
The system is also compliant with ATEX, PED and CE directives, ensuring adherence to the highest European standards in terms of safety and quality.
This project confirms the integration of engineering expertise, safety focus and technological innovation in delivering high-performance solutions for complex pharmaceutical applications.
