Dirty vacuum
Dirty vacuum has always been a problem in production processes with the use of dry pumps and dry screw pumps: the presence of solid particles can lead to pump damages and the consequent shut down of the normal process operation.
A thin layer of oil the vacuum pump Saurus939 protects and pushes the solid particles away.
In addition, the more robust inner surface in cast iron and smaller tolerances, guarantee the durability even in harsh and heavy condition.
Black sludge formation

It is considered one of the most common phenomena with such distillation. It can be described as creation of black sludge, a carbon by-product, with a high tendency to solidify, especially in cold spots, with the consequent shut down of the normal process operation
The low rotation speed (250rpm) 1/12 of the average speed attainable by a dry pump (3000 rpm), combined with a continuous fresh oil flow allow to remove impurities, sludges and all the secondary reaction products from the vacuum zone, keeping clean and free all the moving parts.
