Customer Service operates in the following four main post-sale
lines:
- Preventive planned maintenance
The start-up of the installation is just the beginning
of our relation with the customer. This relation will
last for years starting with an efficient policy of preventive
maintenance with planned interventions.
In this way Italvacuum guarantees efficient and long term
operative conditions for your machines, avoiding the production
lines from suffering unexpected interruptions.
The maintenance plans are organized individually considering
the customer’s specific processes.
This means a remarkable cost saving and more tranquillity.
- Technical assistance
For the solution of any inconvenient or breakdown, Italvacuum
is able to offer you prompt and efficient technical assistance
services both at the customer’s site with the intervention
of specialized personnel or from its site through on-line
diagnostic, in case the customer’s installation
has a control system supplied by our company. - Warehouse
for spare parts
For an efficient management of the spare parts, Italvacuum
has a computerized warehouse that allows the prompt
and immediate delivery of original spare parts anywhere
in the world.
The use of original ITALVACUUM spare parts guarantees
a long term perfect operation of the machines, as it
allows to keep the original qualitative characteristics.
In order to always be sure of the correct functioning
of your installations, a series of spare part kits is
available for the routine maintenance.
The spare part kits are the cheapest choice to obtain
the full pay-off of your investment.
- Overhaul and upgradings
of the installations
Italvacuum can fully overhaul its own installations
with an accurate working process. The overhauls can
be carried out at our site or, if not possible, at the
customer’s plant. Furthermore Italvacuum regularly
supports the customer in upgrading the delivered installations
with new technical solutions – that have been
developed in the meantime - as well as adapting the
machines to the new ATEX regulations.
