New C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® fast washing system
For tray vacuum dryers
The new Clean In Place MULTISPRAY® fast washing system is a specific technology designed and developed by ITALVACUUM and totally complying with the cGMP norms of good manufacturing.
Covered by international patents, the C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® washing system allows for the carrying out of the washing and cleaning operations of the drying chamber and of the inner shelves in a couple of minutes, preventing the operator from coming into direct contact with any possible residuals of product and/or solvent that could be found inside the dryer. In this way it eliminates any possibility of contamination between the clean room and the technical room.
The C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® washing system consists of:
• portable pneumatic washing unit
• MULTISPRAY C.I.P. diffuser.
The efficiency of the C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® washing system is certificated by means of a demonstrative proof with a contaminating medium.
At the end of the proof it is issued the following documentation:
• Inspection certificate of the system
• Washing procedure according to cGMP norms.
The efficiency of the system can be increased till 98% with the plates inside the drying room and till 100% with the plates outside the drying room.
